TRADE TERMS AND RETURNS
TERMS
1. Payment terms 30 days net
2. Discount 35% (unless special arrangements made)
3. Single copy order discount 20%
4. Orders under £30 retail will be subject to a reduced discount of 25%;
normal discount will apply when cash is sent with order
5. All goods remain the property of the publisher until they are paid for
in full
RETURNS
1. Returned books will only be accepted when authorised and in mint
condition
2. No returns will be authorised within 3 months of publication date
3. Single copy returns will not be accepted
4. Claims for damage or shortages must be made within one week of
delivery
5. Provided that these conditions are satisfied, a credit will be
authorised for use against future purchases
