Anvar Khan is a writer, broadcaster and columnist. She first started getting noticed at twenty-one, when a short story and a poem she had written appeared in a book showcasing the best of Scottish fiction. After becoming the self-appointed music, fashion and features editor of a YTS work-for-free magazine, she soon went on to write for The Herald as a freelance contributor. She now writes a column for the Scottish News of the World. In it, men are slated, women are berated and sex is overrated.
